2011 RWC Parliamentary/Mayoral Reception

Date: Monday 5th September 2011

Time: 6:00pm-8:00pm
Venue: Te Papaiouru Marae, Ohinemutu Village, Rotorua
Event: Mayoral Reception for the 2011 Rugby World Cup Parliamentary Delegates who are visiting New Zealand during the competition.

This will include guests from France, South Africa, Uk/Ireland, Argentina, Australia and NZ. Also included are past international Rugby Legends, and a Lord and Baroness from the UK.

Program: 5:45pm - Manuhiri arrive by coach at entrance of Mataiahwea St,
outside the Rotorua Yacht Club.
Guests will be greeted then escorted to the marae by hosts assembling at Te Papaiouru Manuhiri Shelter.
6:00pm Wero/Powhiri/Whakatau
7:00pm Hor d'oeuvres and Drinks with live entertainment.
8:00pm Reception ends, guests are escorted back to their coaches by hosts.
